In order to comply with the statutory regulations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, all exhibitors, displays and stand holders are required to complete a Risk Assessment form with the Trade Stand Application.
The Health and Safety Risk Advisors must know in advance of any exceptional HAZARDS being introduced to the Showground. Alternatively, you may send us details of your existing Health and Safety arrangements for attending Show grounds. The following are the main hazards that may be encountered.

Take great care of busy people not paying attention to vehicles, and children.

If you have any source of ignition, or flammable substances, then you are required to carry out your own risk assessment.
This will detail (as a minimum) sources of ignition and control measures
If you have ANY sources of ignition or flammable substances on your pitch, it is a requirement that you provide a suitable fire extinguisher
