Catering trade stand
PLEASE NOTE - we only accept a limited number of catering businesses. Please send e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before continuing, with details of your stand, to ensure we can accept you. If accepted, we require a £70 booking fee, and 10% of takings if over and above this - to be collected on the day.
Once you have confirmation in principal, you can continue the booking process. You can book online - see below. Please ensure you clearly state exactly what your stand will be selling in the comments box, If we are unable to accept your application we will provide a full refund promptly following the decision being made. Trade stands that booked at the previous show will have first preference, however we have increased our trade area allowing us to accept a greater number of applications. The ALLIN MEMORIAL TROPHY will be presented to the best trade exhibit, and all stands will be automatically entered.

It is a condition of entry that you will comply with all the Show regulations, including the health & safety policy, as may be in force at the time. Please note all trade stand entries to be paid by BACS, as paypal make a large deduction, which reduces the money we can give to charity.
