A big thank you to everyone who came and supported our show in any way. We could not survive without your support.

TRADE STAND ENTRIES FOR 2018 ARE NOW OPEN

Admission -  Adults £7, Children £3, under 5's free

The show has been held annually since 1892, changing from a half day to a whole day about forty years ago, having grown to the major event it is now. The show's present home is Clovelly Court, which gives it space to accommodate the six horse and numerous livestock rings.

Classes include crafts, cattle and sheep, together with horse and pony competitions. There will be a display of vintage farm machinery (with commentary), a display of hounds, and of course, a grand parade of the best local livestock. We have a specialist sheep and cattle marquee where there is interactive interest for everyone. You'll find bustling trade stalls offering locally made crafts and food with plenty to interest the children. Pick up a quiz sheet on your way in to learn more, and maybe win a prize.

It's a great summer day out for all the family!   However, please be aware that the show is on agricultural land. It may be slippery, and it will certainly be uneven, so please be prepared and wear suitable footwear.

The gates open at 9 am and the show culminates with the Parade of Vintage Machinery at 4.30 pm.
